Repeat 20 minutes:

- 5 burpee over dumbbell

- 5 snatch


HIIT (10 rounds, :20 work/:10 fire build)

- high knee

- mountain climber

- hop over dumbbell

- burpee over dumbbell


REFLECTON: FRIENDS

The term “friend” can sometimes be a grey area. We have “close friends”, “good friends”, “friends of friends” etc; but to Live Intentionally we have to know who we really call friend.

Or rather, more importantly, who we should be spending less time with.


Spend a few moments Reflecting on people in our lives we have called friend for too long; and should rethink how much time we spend with them.
