HIIT (10 rounds, :20 work/:10 fire build)

REFLECTON: FRIENDS

The term “friend” can sometimes be a grey area. We have “close friends”, “good friends”, “friends of friends” etc; but to Live Intentionally we have to know who we really call friend.


The term friend is earned, over time. A friend has shown they have your best interest at heart. A friend has shown loyalty. What do you believe makes a friend?
