HARD WORK

Repeat 20 minutes:

- 4 power clean

- 10 pistol squat

- 8 power clean

- 10 pistol squat

- 12 power clean

- 10 pistol squat

- 16 power clean

- continue adding 4 power clean to each round

HIIT (10 rounds, :20 work/:10 fire build)

- shuffle toe touch

- thruster

- snatch

- burpee


REFLECTION: LIVE INTENTIONALLY

The big curse (and blessing) of growing older are habits. Over time, we cement into our DNA good (and bad) habits that either serve or separate us from our goals in life.

To “Live Intentionally” means to to think, act, and henceforth cultivate habits that strongly serve our goals for the life we want.


The fourth step is to DO WORK. Talk is bullshit, without action.


Take a few moments to reflect on what you CAN DO to better serve your Top 3 Priorities. There will always be some things that you can not change, but equally so, there are always an infinite number of actions you CAN control.
