Repeat 20 minutes:
- 21 jumping lunge
- 14 snatch
- 7 pullup
HIIT (10 rounds, :20 work/:10 fire build)
FIGHT CLUB (boxing/jiu jitsu)
- spar or hit the bags
- muscle snatch for 5 minutes (put on back if necessary, no putting it down)
- sandbag squat for 5 minutes (on back, no putting it down)
WEEKEND HOMEWORK: DO WORK and take some action that expresses more of who you are.

Not that kind of sex...what are some stigmas about your gender?
The objective is to be Intentional about you doing you. To make sure we are not following a preordained stigma; as well as not being counterculture for the sake of being counterculture; nor it is our objective to be one androgenous society. The best world we can have is one in which we all be ourself.
So if you love to be a “girly girl” than HELL YEA!. Or if it just feels right for you to be a “stoic manly man”, then you do you!
The point is there will always be internal friction when who you are on the outside does not match who you truly are on the inside.
