Repeat 20 minutes:

- 30 burpee

- 30 dumbbell reverse lunge

- 30 thruster

Movement Variations: burpee


HIIT (10 rounds, :20 work/:10 fire build)

- burpee to target

- push press

- bent over row

- knee tuck


REFLECTION : IF ONLY…

We can often hold on to stories that hold us back from accomplishing goals. The stories often start with “If only…”.


For example,


“If only I had more time”, I would be able to workout more regularly.”

“If only I knew how to cook, I would eat more healthily.”

“If only my partner would help me with ‘X’, I could do ‘Y’”.


These “If only…” statements can live in many areas of our life. The truth is there is always something you can do to move towards your goals. This is the spirit of DO WORK.
