- 4 x 10m Farmers carry

- 20 dumbbell squat

- 10 deficit pushup (if possible)

Movement Variations: pushup


HIIT (10 rounds, :20 work/:10 fire build)

- 2-dumbbell snatch

- jumping jack

- burpee

- hang clean


REFLECTION: HARD IS RELATIVE
