The big curse (and blessing) of growing older are habits. Over time, we cement into our DNA good (and bad) habits that either serve or separate us from our goals in life.

To “Live Intentionally” means to to think, act, and henceforth cultivate habits that strongly serve our goals for the life we want.

The second step is to assess if what you have done in the past has served your Top 3 Priorities to you now? Sometimes it’s hard to face the reality that we have not done everything we can; but that’s the point. It takes strength to be honest and accept the facts of our past. This is how we grow.
