HARD WORK

Repeat 20 minutes:

- run (~15 min.)

THEN, repeat this cycle for the remainder of the time:

- 10 pushup

- 15 air squat

HIIT (10 rounds, :20 work/:10 fire build)

- jumping lunge

- knee tuck

- burpee deadlift

- knee tuck

When is the last time you had a GLORIOUS achievement?


We can achieve a lot of things in life, but GLORIOUS moments only happen following immense challenge. One of the aspects of DO WORK is recognizing and embracing that HARD is GOOD. Struggle is GOOD. The practice of figuring out how to succeed is what makes us STRONG.


So HOW is your current struggle hard? It does no one any good to sweep how hard it is under the rug and pretend everything is ok. Describe in detail why and how it is hard.
