MOVEMENT FOCUS: SPATIAL AWARENESS (Review Day)

3 sets:

- 20 walking lunge without stopping with feet together

- 10 single leg dumbbell deadlift (each side)

Take note of your balance and coordination throughout the movement.


WORKOUT

Repeat 20 minutes:

- 3 minutes run

- 21 burpee


Goal Rounds: 3-5

Movement Variations: run, burpee
