Take note of whether you’re able to keep your body upright and how well you’re able to stay balanced.
Repeat 20 minutes:
- 40 box jump
- 40 burpee over box

What is something that is causing you stress? What can you do that is in your control RIGHT NOW about this stressor? Don’t say “nothing”.
