MOVEMENT FOCUS: SPATIAL AWARENESS (Day 4)

3 sets:

- 10-30 jumping lunge

Take note of whether you’re able to keep your body upright and how well you’re able to stay balanced.


WORKOUT

Repeat 20 minutes:

- 40 box jump

- 40 burpee over box

- 40 dumbbell box step over
