MOVEMENT FOCUS: SPATIAL AWARENESS (Day 3)

3 sets:

- 50 jump rope, hopping from foot to foot

- 10 dead bug

Take note of how comfortable you feel on each movement and how well you’re able to keep your balance.


WORKOUT

Repeat 20 minutes:

- 25 situp

- 25 single arm clean

- 25 situp

- 25 push press
