MOVEMENT FOCUS: SPATIAL AWARENESS (Day 2)

4 sets:

- 10-30 hop over a dumbbell

Pick a set number that will challenge you to keep your balance through the whole thing. Take note of whether you’re able to keep your body upright and how long you’re able to stay balanced.


WORKOUT

Repeat 20 minutes:

- 30 2-dumbbell snatch

- 20 thruster

- 15 pullup


Goal Rounds: 3-5

Movement Variations: pullup
