MOVEMENT FOCUS: CORE (Day 1)

Hollow Test:

- 3 sets of max hollow hold

Take note of how long each max hold lasts, and how quickly the time decreases.


WORKOUT

Repeat 20 minutes:

- 10 pistol squat

- 4 power clean

- 10 pistol squat

- 8 power clean

- 10 pistol squat

- 12 power clean

- 10 pistol squat

- 16 power clean

- continue adding 4 power clean to each round


Goal rounds: 5-7
