MOVEMENT FOCUS: WEAK MID BACK (Day 4)
- 10 bent over rows
- 10 plate thrusters or single dumbbell thrusters (hold with 2 hands)
Take note of when your shoulders start to fall forward and your back starts to get weak and possibly round.
Repeat 20 minutes:
- 20 pushup
- 20 goblet squat
Goal rounds: 4-7
