MOVEMENT FOCUS: USE YOUR HIPS (Day 4)

3 sets:

- 10 tempo pause snatch or clean


This movement focus is to make sure you are using your hips to move the weight. By doing this, you will strengthen your back and core.

- 50 hop over dumbbell

- 50 mountain climber

- 100 jump rope
