MOVEMENT FOCUS: EARLY ARM PULL (Day 4)

3 sets:

- 10 tempo snatch pulls, keeping arms straight all the way through

Take note of how it feels for your arms to stay straight all the way until the point where you would begin to pull it upwards.


WORKOUT

Repeat 20 minutes:

- Run (~2 min)

- 12 deadlift

- 9 hang power clean

- 6 push jerk


Goal rounds: 4-6 rounds
