MOVEMENT FOCUS: HIP MOBILITY (Day 3)

3 sets:

- 15 goblet squats with a pause in the bottom

Take note of how your hips feel in the squat.


WORKOUT

Repeat 20 minutes:

- 3 air squat

- 2 pushup

- 1 pullup


Goal rounds: 40-50

Movement Variations: pushup, pullup
