MOVEMENT FOCUS: EARLY ARM PULL (Day 2)

3 sets:

- 10 hi-hang snatches (jump before pulling with your arm)

Take note of how it feels for the momentum to carry the dumbbell up before your arm starts pulling.


WORKOUT

Repeat 20 min:

- 20 devil press

- 40 knee tuck

- 30 dumbbell burpee deadlift


Goal rounds: 3-4 rounds

Suggested timecap: 20 minutes
