(Essentials and Full Gym) - Day 2
- 5 presses with :05 hold overhead
- 1:00 PVC or broomstick shoulder stretch
Take note of how much your back arches during the presses, and how it changes through the rounds of stretching.
Repeat 20 minutes:
- 12 deadlift
- 12 push press
- 6 burpee over dumbbell
Goal rounds: 6-10
