MOVEMENT FOCUS: EARLY ARM PULL (Day 1)

3 sets:

- 8 snatches (medium weight)

- 8 cleans (medium weight)

Ideally film in slow motion, and take note of whether your elbows start to bend before your torso is upright.


WORKOUT

Repeat 20 min:

- 20 pullup

- 40 pushup

- 80 situp

- 120 jump rope


Goal rounds: 1-2 rounds

Movement variations: pullup, pushup, jump rope
