MOVEMENT FOCUS: BALANCE (Day 4)

3 sets:

- 10-20 hops over a dumbbell

- 6 bird dogs

Take note of whether you’re able to keep your body upright and how well you’re able to stay balanced.


WORKOUT

Complete 3 cycles:

- 40 box jumps (large volume)

- 20 handstand pushups (large volume)

- 2 x 10m crab walk (short distance)


Goal RPE: 6-8
