MOVEMENT FOCUS: BALANCE (Day 3)

3 sets:

- 50 jump ropes, hopping from foot to foot

- :30 dumbbell waiter walk on each side

Take note of how comfortable you feel on each movement and how well you’re able to keep your balance.


WORKOUT

Repeat the cycle for 20 minutes:

- 25 situps (medium-light volume)

- 15 barbell or dumbbell power cleans (medium weight, medium-light volume)

- 25 situps

- 15 barbell or dumbbell push presses (same weight)


Goal RPE: 6-8
