MOVEMENT FOCUS: BALANCE (Day 2)
6 sets:
- 10-30 hops over a dumbbell
Pick a set number that will challenge you to keep your balance through the whole thing. Take note of whether you’re able to keep your body upright and how long you’re able to stay balanced.
WORKOUT
Complete 10 cycles:
- 5 bar muscle ups or 10 jumping pullups (light volume)
- 7 pushups (light volume)
- :30 fire build
