MOVEMENT FOCUS: BALANCE (Day 1)

4 rounds:

- :20 lateral ski jumps

- :10 fire build

- :20 jump squats

- :10 fire build

Take note of how far you’re able to ski jump while keeping your balance, and take care to keep your center of gravity over center in the jump squats.


WORKOUT

Complete 7 cycles:

- Run (~1 min)

- 4 burpees over the barbell or dumbbells (light volume)

- 1 dumbbell or barbell cluster (heavy weight)


Goal RPE: 7-9

Suggested timecap: 14 minutes
