- :30 chin over bar hold (may complete in increments)
- 5 tempo bent over rows on each side

Complete in order of the 12 Days of Christmas song:
- 1 clean and jerk (medium weight)
- 2 burpees
- 3 pushups
- 4 jumping lunges
- 5 jump squats
- 6 pistol squats
- 7 pullups
- 8 push presses
- 9 front squats
- 10 hang power cleans
- 11 deadlifts
- 12 bar muscle ups or burpee toes to hands
