MOVEMENT FOCUS: PULLING STRENGTH (Day 3)

3 sets:

- 10-15 pullups

Do jumping pullups or use bands to be able to accomplish the high volume. Take note of when your arms and back begin to get tired.


WORKOUT

Complete 4 cycles:

- 25 burpees (medium volume)

- 25 alternating dumbbell snatches (medium weight, medium volume)


Goal RPE: 8-10

Suggested timecap: 25 minutes
