- 1-3 pullup negatives

- 10 bent over rows

Take note of how your arms and back feel, and when they begin to get tired.

Complete 3 cycles:

- Run (~4 min)

- 15 devil presses (medium weight, medium-light volume)


Goal RPE: 6-8
