MOVEMENT FOCUS: WEIGHT PATH (Day 2)
3 sets:
- 5 pause snatches (light weight)
Take a :05 pause at the lo-hang position, the hi-hang position, and at the end of the shrug before turning your elbows under. Take note of whether your weight travels up in a straight line or whether it swings in or out at some point.
WORKOUT
Complete 2 cycles:
- 28 dumbbell box step ups or dumbbell reverse lunges (medium weight, medium-large volume)
- 24 burpees over the box or dumbbells (medium-large volume)
Goal RPE: 7-9
