MOVEMENT FOCUS: WEAK MID BACK (Day 2)

3 sets:

- 10 bent over rows

- 10 goblet squats

Take note of when your shoulders start to fall forward and your back starts to get weak and possibly round.


WORKOUT

Complete 3 cycles:

- 30 box jumps or jumping lunges (medium-large volume)

- 2 x 10m broad jumps (medium-large volume)


Goal RPE: 7-9

Suggested timecap: 12 minutes
