Take note of when your shoulders start to fall forward and your back starts to get weak and possibly round.
Repeat the cycle for 20 minutes:
- 10m bear crawl (light volume)
- 8 jump squats (light volume)
- 12 pushups (light volume)
- 10m crab walk (light volume)
- 8 jump squats
- 12 pushups
