Strict Toes to Hands Test:
- 5 attempts at a strict toes to hands
Take note of how close to your hands you’re able to get your feet, or if you’re able to perform the strict movement note how engaged your core feels and how fluid your body moves. Record any observations you’ve made about your core this week.
Complete 5 cycles:
- Sprint (same distance as your usual ~1 min run)
- 1:00 fire build
THEN, complete the following:
- Run (~10 min)
