MOVEMENT FOCUS: CORE (Day 1)

Hollow Test:

- 3 sets of max hollow hold

Take note of how long each max hold lasts, and how quickly the time decreases.


Strict Toes to Hands Test:

- 5 attempts at a strict toes to hands

Take note of how close to your hands you’re able to get your feet, or if you’re able to perform the strict movement note how engaged your core feels and how fluid your body moves.


WORKOUT

Complete the following:

- 20 pistol squats (medium-light volume)

- 4 power cleans (medium-heavy weight)

- 20 pistol squats

- 8 power cleans

- 20 pistol squats

- 12 power cleans

- 20 pistol squats

- 16 power cleans


Goal RPE: 6-8

Suggested timecap: 20 minutes
