MOVEMENT FOCUS: HIP POWER (Day 4)

3 sets:

- 20 kettlebell or dumbbell swings

Take note of how well your hips fire when you swing your weight forward, and when they begin to get tired.


WORKOUT

Complete 7 cycles:

- 20 walking lunges (light volume)

- 12 pushups (light volume)

- 8 burpees (light volume)

Movement Options: pushup, burpee

Goal RPE: 7-9

Suggested timecap: 14 minutes
