MOVEMENT FOCUS: HIP MOBILITY (Day 3)

3 sets:

- 15 goblet squats with a pause in the bottom

Take note of how your hips feel in the squat.


WORKOUT

Complete the following:

- 2:00 Max wallballs or jump squats

- 2:00 Max sumo deadlift high pulls (light weight)

- 2:00 fire build

- 2:00 Max box jump overs or jumping lunges

- 2:00 Max push presses (same weight)

- 2:00 fire build

- 2:00 Max clapping pushups(from knees if necessary)

- 2:00 Max hang power cleans


Goal RPE: 7-9
