MOVEMENT FOCUS: ARCHED PRESS

(Essentials and Full Gym) - Review Day

3 sets:

- 10 strict presses

- 1:00 puppy dog stretch

Take note of how much your back arches during the presses, and how it changes through the rounds of stretching.


WORKOUT

Repeat the cycle for 12 minutes:

- 2x10m crab walk (light volume)

- 10 candlesticks (light volume)

- 10 burpees (light volume)


Goal RPE: 7-9
