(Essentials and Full Gym) - Day 4
3 sets:
- :30 shoulder press negative
- :30 hang from pullup bar
Take note of how much your back wants to arch during the negative, and take steps to counteract it. Also attempt to tuck your ribcage under during the hang.
WORKOUT
Complete 2 cycles:
- 35 toes to hands (large volume)
- 35 back squats (medium weight, large volume)
