MOVEMENT FOCUS: ARCHED PRESS

(Essentials and Full Gym) - Day 2

3 sets:

- 5 presses with :05 hold overhead

- 1:00 PVC or broomstick shoulder stretch

Take note of how much your back arches during the presses, and how it changes through the rounds of stretching.


WORKOUT

Repeat the cycle for 20 minutes:

- 12 deadlifts (light weight, light volume)

- 4 burpees over the barbell or dumbbells (light volume)

- 6 push presses (same weight)

- 4 burpees over the barbell or dumbbells

Movement Options: deadlift

Goal RPE: 6-8
