MOVEMENT FOCUS: ARCHED PRESS

(Essentials and Full Gym) - Day 1

3 sets:

- 10 presses

- 1:00 puppy dog stretch

Take note of how much your back arches during the presses, and how it changes through the rounds of stretching.


WORKOUT

Repeat cycle, 15 minutes:

- Short run (~1 min)

- 10 strict pullups (medium-light volume)

- Short run (~1 min)

- 10 alternating hip touches (medium-light volume)

- Short run (~1 min)

- 10 toes to hands (medium-light volume)

- Short run (~1 min)

- 10 alternating L-sit can can kicks (medium-light volume)

- Short run (~1 min)

- :30 accumulated chin over bar hold (medium-light volume, may be broken up in increments)

Movement Options: run, pullup, toes to hands

Goal RPE: 7-9

Suggested timecap: 15 minutes
