MOVEMENT FOCUS: UNEVEN SQUAT
(Essentials and Full Gym) - Day 4
3 sets:
- 10 Bulgarian split squats on each side (light weight or no weight)
Take note of whether your knees want to cave inward on either side, and whether one side feels stronger than the other.
WORKOUT
Complete 3 cycles:
- 40 Power cleans (light weight, large volume)
- 30 Jump squats over the barbell or dumbbells (large volume)
Goal RPE: 6-8
