MOVEMENT FOCUS: EARLY ARM PULL (Day 1)

3 sets:

- 8 snatches (medium weight)

- 8 cleans (medium weight)

Ideally film in slow motion, and take note of whether your elbows start to bend before your torso is upright.


WORKOUT

Complete 2 cycles:

- 15 pullups (medium-large volume)

- 50 pushups (medium-large volume)

- 60 situps (medium-large volume)

- 120 jump ropes (medium-large volume)

Movement Options: pullup, pushup, jump rope

Goal RPE: 5-7

Suggested timecap: 20 minutes
