MOVEMENT FOCUS: HEELS DOWN (Review Day)

3 sets:

- 10 dumbbell squats (medium weight)

- :30 low dragon each side

Take note of how well you’re able to keep your heels down all the way down and up during each set of squats, and notice the difference after each round of ankle stretching. Record any observations you’ve made about your heels this week.


WORKOUT

Complete the following:

- 30 snatches (medium-light weight)

- 2:00 fire build

- 30 clean and jerks (same weight)
