MOVEMENT FOCUS: HEELS DOWN (Day 4)

3 sets:

- 1:00 goblet squat hold

- 10 goblet squats

Take note of how well you’re able to keep your heels down all the way down, during, and all the way up during each hold and set of squats.


WORKOUT

Complete 2 cycles:

- 2:00 max power cleans (light weight)

- 2:00 max front squats (same weight)

- 2:00 max push jerks (same weight)

- 2:00 fire build


Goal RPE: 7-9
