MOVEMENT FOCUS: 10” GARDENER SNAKES (Review Day)

3 sets:

- 16 alternating dumbbell hammer curls (light weight)

Take note of how well you’re able to isolate your biceps without correcting with other parts of your arm. Record any observations you’ve made about your biceps this week.

*For fun, measure your gardener snakes


WORKOUT

Complete 5 cycles:

- 50 jump ropes (light volume)

- 8 reverse lunges with a barbell or dumbbell (light weight, light volume)

- 8 push jerks (same weight)

Goal RPE: 8-10
