MOVEMENT FOCUS: 10” GARDENER SNAKES (Day 4)

3 sets:

- 10-15 seated bicep curls

Take note of how well you’re able to isolate your biceps without correcting with other parts of your arm.


WORKOUT

Complete 4 cycles:

- 8 clusters (heavy weight, medium volume)

- 4 x 10m handstand walk or 80 shoulder touches (medium volume)

Movement Options: handstand walk
