MOVEMENT FOCUS: 10” GARDENER SNAKES (Day 3)

3 sets:

- 10-15 dumbbell or plate punches

- :30 dumbbell or plate squat hold

Take note of how well your biceps are able to maintain proper height and form.


WORKOUT

Complete the following:

- 40 handstand pushups (large volume)

- 160 hops over the dumbbell (large volume, one footed optional)

- 120 alternating dumbbell snatches (medium weight, large volume)

Movement Options: handstand pushups
