MOVEMENT FOCUS: 10” GARDENER SNAKES (Day 2)

3 sets:

- 1-5 strict chinups

- 1 chinup negative (*if unable to do strict chinups do 1-5 negatives)

Take note of how well you’re able to isolate your biceps without correcting with other parts of your arm.


WORKOUT

Repeat the cycle for 16 minutes:

- 4 burpee pullups or burpee bar muscle ups (medium-light volume)

- 20 alternating L-hang can-can kicks (medium-light volume)

- 30 situps (medium-light volume)


Goal RPE: 6-8
