MOVEMENT FOCUS: 10” GARDENER SNAKES (Day 1)

3 sets:

- 16 alternating dumbbell hammer curls (light weight)

Take note of how well you’re able to isolate your biceps without correcting with other parts of your arm.

*For fun, measure your gardener snakes


WORKOUT

Complete 3 cycles:

- 20 pushups (medium volume)

- 30 jump squats (medium volume)

- 4 x 10m bear crawl (medium volume)

Movement Options: pushup, jump squats


Goal RPE: 7-9

Suggested timecap: 15 minutes
