MOVEMENT FOCUS: MILITARY PUSHUP (Review Day)

3 sets:

- 5-15 pushups

Take note of whether your elbows want to flare out as you lower yourself down, and how well you’re able to keep them close to your sides. Record any observations you’ve made about your form this week.

Movement Options: pushup


WORKOUT

Complete 10 cycles:

- 6 deadlifts (light weight, light volume)

- 6 jumping lunges (light volume)

- 6 pushups (light volume)

Movement Options: deadlift, pushup


Goal RPE: 8-10

Suggested timecap: 10 minutes
