MOVEMENT FOCUS: MILITARY PUSHUP (Day 1)

3 sets:

- 5-15 pushups

Take note of whether your elbows want to flare out as you lower yourself down, and how well you’re able to keep them close to your sides.

Movement Options: pushup


WORKOUT

Complete 8 cycles:

- 8 deadlifts (medium weight, medium volume)

- 16 burpees over the bar or dumbbells (medium volume)

Movement Options: deadlift, burpee


Goal RPE: 7-9

Suggested timecap: 24 minutes
