MOVEMENT FOCUS: HEELS DOWN (Day 4)
3 sets:
- 1:00 goblet squat hold
- 10 goblet squats
Take note of how well you’re able to keep your heels down all the way down, during, and all the way up during each hold and set of squats.

- 2:00 max power clean
- 2:00 max front squat
- 2:00 max push jerk
- 2:00 max burpee
- 2:00 fire build
Goal total reps: 200-300
